What if I cannot afford to pay for my booklist?
You can collect your books only and pay the school fees later only by paying for the books at time of collection.
Can I pay my booklist off?
You can start paying any time throughout the year; however, books can only be collected on full payment.
When can I collect my booklist?
Your invoice will be posted or emailed out when your order is available for collection.
Why do I pay school fees to Wattle Office Supplies?
For your convenience we offer this service. You pay no more if you do this. A full listing is provided to the school.
What happens if a third party is paying for the booklist?
We co-operate with this person or body to enable collection asap. Once a suitable arrangement is made the booklist is released.
Can I put a booklist in late?
Yes you can, however, at time of collection all your requirements may not be ready.
What happens if an item is not available at collection for some reason?
You still pay for it & will be given a voucher. All voucher items will be published on our website: www.wattleofficesupplies.com.au. When available collect it from Wattle Office Supplies bringing your voucher.
Can I order more items after my initial order?
Yes you can. In most cases additional orders or late items need to be paid for in advance of receiving (i.e. before we will order it). For online orders please email booklist@wattleoffice.com.au
Can I cancel an item?
In some cases yes i.e. subject changes. If the booklist states “no returns” or it was a late item then – no.
What happens if I lose a voucher?
We maintain a listing of items. You will be asked to sign for the item/s once identity is established.
Can I order one item and not put a booklist in?
No! A booklist must be completed even if it is only for one item. It is your choice to only order one item.
